Apps lock up, Can’t reset password
HFC frustrated
If you don’t use app for few weeks apps logout and can’t login. Reset password link does not work.

Everything you could possibly need and much more. I travel internationally for business and being able to live out of this application for travel and expense has been a great success.

I am unable to use my mobile app. I have used for several years with no problems until recently. The app will not accept password and after contacting Concur support on several occasions, still no resolution

LET ME SEE IF I COMPREHEND THIS INTRICATE CODING?? ITEMS FROM 365 DAYS AGO READ SUBMITTED FOR PAYMENT, ITEMS FROM TWO DAYS AGO READ “SUBMITTED” FOR PAYMENT. PRAY TELL WHO DO I FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH REGARDING MY MONEY? It is simplistic to code the PRECISE DAY, DATE, TIME, WHO WHAT WHEN WHERE WHY A PAYMENT WAS ACTUALLY MADE. IN ALL ACTUALITY I COULD CALL INTO QUESTION WHERE EVERY PAYMENT IS.
Great job fixing login... now fix the rest

I do not know how many developers are involved in the development of this app, but it looks like you finally found a good one that managed to fix the login process. Please keep that dev around and fix the rest of the broken things inside the app.
Change “software/hardware/comped supplies” so that it’s not only computer related

Way I I love this app! But I would like to make one suggestion. Change the description of the only item category that seems to allowed to something else that does not appear to indicate that it is only computer related. It currently reads, “software/hardware/computer supplies”. Maybe it should be something like, “software, tools, miscellaneous parts and supplies”, so that it is clear that this is the category to use for pretty much any hardware (of which computer supplies fall under - not sure why that is currently separated out) or software, or basically any approvable item not covered by any of the other categories. I say this because I had used the “miscellaneous” category to cover some material that I purchased from a supplier, but the report was rejected because I didn’t use the “software/hardware/computer supplies” category. It would have been clear to use that category if it had a title like I am suggesting. this app! But I would like to make one suggestion. I love using Concur for my expense reports. It is very simple to use. If I make a mistake it doesn’t yell at me!?

Is this app malfunctioning? No way to get support either. For hours all I get is the same message: we could not load data, refresh page. I did that. Deleted the report. Even deleted and re-downloaded the app. It’s pointless.

Using concur to enter my expenses is a lot easier then you would think. Concur guides you step by step while entering in your expenses. It will prompt you for anything that could cause delay in approval of your expense report.
