Good other than one thing

The only suggestion I have is to fix the search function for job number when creating an expense. I cannot just input a portion of the job number and expect it to search. It has to be verbatim.

While I’m pleased with the app, overall, there one problem that remains and I can’t figure out a way to contact someone to get it fixed. When you itemize a hotel entry, it’s not possible to allocate that cost. It doesn’t even give you the option. That’s the most frustrating part of this app. I can do about 90% of my expense report, but I have to get on my laptop to do the other 10%. iPad Pro 14.0.1

The app is very easy to use. However, it often interrupts you while trying to input expense information to ask you to take a survey. Please just let me work.

My company updated to the feature that the app links to the company card and auto inputs expenses. I spent an 1+ hours uploading my receipt images. Receipts disappear for no reason from all expenses and have to start over saving receipts. Disappear again. Garbage app save your money and your employees time.
Loved This App Until...

This app was great until the most recent update. It signed me out and every time I try to log in it tells me it doesn’t recognize my information. I’ve reset my password, added a PIN, nothing will work. I have no problem logging in from a browser so it’s obviously the app that went wonky. Please fix this bug ASAP!!!

Now I can’t access my photo library to get screen grabs of receipts. It only shows ‘Recents”. Useless now.

My concur app used to work perfectly. The app on my phone made doing expense reports quick and easy. After updating app the last two times I’ve used I repeatedly get uploading errors and my receipt images don’t load properly. Additionally, the report recognizes I have expenses, but continues to show no expenses and states a loading error and to refresh. All of the steps I have done and still do not have my expenses or receipts. I’m frustrated and don’t know what to do to fix the issue. This is making a once very simple and quick process take extremely too long!!
