I can’t add non employees to attendees for meals. Need to do on line through computer.
Crashing app

It’s ok to book things in the fly but after you book the app crashes when you try and look at the already booed trip. Which makes it semi useless.
SSO Sign on frequency plummets value

Needing to sign in on mobile device with every use has taken a useful app down the rabbit hole toward being of much less use. Fumbling with fobs and typing in passwords too while on the go really means I often choose to just wait until I get back from my trip. Also, if I cannot book a government rate hotel… then I cannot book a hotel… mandated by contract. I used to really enjoy this app… especially for ensuring my receipts were captured the minute I got them…. But, diminished value. Sadly.
Sort and Filter function Please

When searching flights, please include the ability to filter results. Only the option to sort is available. That’s pretty annoying when a search returns a large amount of results. I won’t be using this app to book flights until that functionality is released.

Concur has made my life so much less stress. What use to take 12 hours to complete at the end of each month now is spread over the whole month. Great APP Now your app only works when online. This drops the best part of your app. When at the restraunt, business or any place we pay by credit card we now can not take a picture of the receipt and store it in Concur app unless we are on the internet.
Expense type not populating

I find it frustrating that all they have for support is generated Q and A there’s no real support for the app I have this same problem twice now the last time I reset my phone and app and I cleared up but this time there’s no fix it will not let me create an expense because I cannot select an expense type the app is only good if it works all the time
