I am constantly running into accessibility problems and the forgot password function is not working.


Update broke mobile expenses

The most recent update to the app broke the ability to scan and create an expense on my phone. The expense type drop down list no longer populates and won’t accept a manual entry. With this field filled out it will not let you save the expense. So no way to enter on the phone other than the flaky expensify. This has killed my expenses, and added 2-3 hrs extra work each month. Fix it please. This is a deal breaker.

I thought how we were managing our expenses was fine before- we decided to try concur (both expense and AP) and needless to say, if we would have done this 2 years ago we would have been even better off. I really do recommend this software to businesses that are growing or organizations in which people wear many hats.


Last update broke concur

The iOS app has made using concur mobile useless. App refuses to log me in, can’t sync with reports or expenses. If this app were a tangible object it’d be demoted to paper weight.

I have used the app to track expenses for a few years and has worked exceptionally. However, that last update has create a couple of problems that make it virtually useless to me. 1. I now have to sign in every time I use the app, this is annoying. 2. I can no longer document expenses from the app because the “Expense Type” field is blank and I can not add them in. 3. Have no way to contact customer service to try to get these issues resolved.
