Mobile?? What did you do?

Used to be incredibly functional and easy to use from a mobile device. Now it’s no longer designed for mobile it’s just a website on a mobile phone, doesn’t scale to screen, can’t easily attach receipts on the mobile which is the whole point of the mobile device app. I haven’t traveled in two years and just re-downloaded it and the update absolutely ruined this app. It’s based off of 10 minutes of trying to attach a few simple receipts. An example of you “improving” and absolutely ruining its functionality for people who use it on a regular basis.

I love the ease of use. The ability to snap a pic and uploaded the receipt is awesome. Saves sooo much time not having to worry about paper.

I can’t even launch the app. It crashes when trying to open. Every. Single. Time. What the heck?

App is absolutely worthless. I’ve used it for years and loved it. Latest update makes it unuseable! I cannot login on my IPhone, cannot scan receipts, cannot approve reports. Put it back to the previous version so it’s useable!
Painfully slow after ios 15.1 update

Painfully slow response, Takes forever to upload images, duplicated expenses, will erase your cash expenses and fill in by some other credit card expenses, itemized doesn’t show how much is left until you saved everything and go back in to look, too many sub-categories, why the screen becomes smaller when I hit the comment button, take a long time for agents to respond to emails…..

The decision to drop the ability to sign in with pin on mobile version is a mistake. The inconvenience with the removal of that ability to use the pin can not be underestimated. Put it back…..I won’t update until it’s put back. Concur is a pain to use anyway and this removal just adds to the list of issues with this system for exspense reports. There are so many things that can’t be done with the app that then necessitates stopping what your doing on an exspense report or booking travel and moving over to the website directly to finish what you’re trying to do. Painful to say the least.
User experience is a frustrating, time waster

There are major issues w this app every step of the user experience (see list below) which is ludicrous considering concur has majority industry market share & majority of internet usage is mobile. 1. Majority of the time the app freezes & has to be restarted anytime btwn login to before the 1st expense or receipt upload can be saved. 2. Expensify feature NEVER works. 3. Uploading receipt image almost always freezes the app. 4. Can’t create attendee groups. Which means searching/adding attendees 1 by 1 which is excruciating. 5. Attendee search feature is a joke which means users have to recreate attendee entry. Then the app alerts you’ve created a duplicate. What a frustrating waste of time! 6. Can’t move expense entries to a different expense report. 7. Itemization process is the opposite of user friendly. 8. New feature that’s supposed to auto create expenses from uploaded receipts is a joke. It freezes a lot. Also auto selects category often incorrectly & only way to fix is delete the entire expense entry. What a waste of time.
