Mcafee Safe connect VPN works only on WIFI but not AT&T LTE

I just upgraded to new iPhone 13pro - iOS15.2 Safe connect VPN is working only when using WIFI. When I turn off wifi and start using AT&T cellular data / LTE- VPN stalls saying disconnecting and doesn’t let Anything happen. VPN used to work fine on both wifi and cellular on my previous iPhone 11. It’s annoying that you have the most updated device and iOS version and encounter this issue while old phone and versions work fine. I have already tried removing and reinstalling the safe connect app. Developer - pls suggest remedy.

I don’t turn the phone off unless the battery dies…then the phone automatically restarts, when it’s charging, once it has enough battery charge, which, I believe is a built in feature Apple designed for the iPhone. I’ve contacted McAfee tech support about this issue in the past. Can you fix this so it always stays on with the phone automatically? I’ve changed my password for McAfee safe connect and I changed my Apple ID password. I don’t understand why this mcafee safe connect turns itself off when the phone is sleeping? When I clicked connect I try to change to many other country but it still always picks the fast connection no matter what country i pick. It works as a vpn it just shows that there are many countries but when i connect to any of them it’s only one location.

It’s crazy I haven’t had protection through Att for 4 months now that would cover Cell as well without haven’t to pay a premium $ I haven’t had protection on my computer either but Att doesn’t return calls ! It took me over 85 Calls and 67 Hours To Get Service!!! I Have Had The Same Person Commit Fraud Using My Information to Obtain Services BUT IT TOOK ME OVER 15 HOURS TO GET IT STRAIGHT ....... WATCH YOURSELF BCS IF I DID NOT HAVE ATT SERVICES I WOULD WALK AWAY !!!
