VPN does not work properly

Everyone should be verifying their VPN is actually working with an outside source. Mine only works some of the time. Although my IPhone will show the VPN is on at the top of the phone and in settings, it is not always working. When my VPN is working, my prime video will always tell me to turn off my VPN in order to stream a movie. Unfortunately, many times my phone will show my VPN is on but my prime video shows it is not on. Even after Mcafee had me install a second app “safe connect ,” it still only works part of the time. When I turn on the safe connect app on , it turns off my original Mcafee app which means I never have my safe web on.

This is HORRIBLE!!!! Protection will not turn on after they take your $$$$. No way to get in contact with anyone for assistance. What the heck?

This has been very frustrating. The email I use and set up with businesses I have noticed is being forwarded to my iCloud email. The businesses I have noticed without my permission or request change my settings to the iCloud email. At first I couldn’t figure out what was happening, I was even told by one business that my correct email was not on their system. I even contacted Apple support. Plus I was notified when an upgrade was done and that took time to figure out how to fix. Great time of year to feel unsafe. Then, only 250mgs are used for an entire month, you have to upgrade. I paid for an entire year last May, now all these changes have been implemented which is different than what I paid for. If I end early, I doubt they would refund me for the 1/2 year I didn’t use.??

Using the McAfee products for several years now makes me feel secure. The products load fast and they have added more features to meet the ever growing threats to all of our devices by evil online thieves who try to steal information and identities. legit VPN but horrid

Update: I deleted and canceled my service. I am sick of it disconnecting out of no where after I used to use it a year ago. I do not use any mcafee products anymore including what’s Included in tmobiles protection. I do not want to ever had tbjd garbage company again. This is a legit VPN I have T-Mobile mcafee mobile security premium that is a great thing T-Mobile offers but this VPN is the worst ever! It always disconnects every time my phone goes off the screen never ever stays connected even after being a previous user I canceled my subscription! Loose the APP!!!!

I must need to know more because this VPN turns off unexpectedly. During the day, it must be turned on repeatedly because it turns off without notification.

I’ve paid 9.99 per month for total protection on my IPhone since May of 2021 and now I have a message to try for 30 days free. I can’t even log into my account. Completely not satisfied. The only phone number for McAfee , I waited one and a half hours and no one answers. Even sent an Email with no response. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I’ll cancel my subscription and find another company.
