Doesn’t work well with Wi-Fi sometimes and hangs while trying to connect to Wi-Fi. Need the ability to simply turn it off and stop trying to connect.

Your app doesn’t change location automatically. People pop up on my screen telling me that they are near my location and there are always issues with sign-on without wifi

To pay money for this service, it is CONSTANTLY down or not connecting. When my year is up, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
VPN APP Turns itself off

I am not getting full protection as promised. The VPN app turns itself off constantly. I need to monitor it constantly to make sure it is on, otherwise its off and network is without protection. I have discussed issue with customer service with no resolvement of issue.
Won’t connect to known networks

The app is not letting me connect to resturant WiFi that I had previously connected to. I just had to turn off all WiFi.

Absolutely horrible! The connection constantly drops when the phone is locked and the screen is off. Then it reconnects again when you unlock the screen, but not always. I don’t believe it hides your IP either... During normal usage connection tends to drop, then internet freezes & would not reconnect until either restarting the phone or turning wifi on & off.. Will not be renewing this garbage.
