I never know when I am secure so l turn my internet off until I need to use it. App turns off. Please fix. I am disappointed in McAfee. Shame on you.

It’s useless if ever time, I tap the icon. It’s unlocked what is the main purpose for the protection. if it isn’t protected every moment, minute of each day. not a sometime activity when it becomes convenient with the product. Why is a unlocked icon pops up often, that means it isn’t secured properly a useless concept of protection.
MY spouse & I HAVE McAfee accounts! Quit trying to get one of my devices to upgrade‼️

NcAfee is a very difficult app to use. Incessant upgrade pop-ups; difficult to get to work properly; useless on my iPhone & not worth a PENNY!!!

Not only is this app nonfunctional, so are the support personnel assigned to assist with any issues. They’ll transfer you until you just give up and stop bothering them. I downloaded and used this app only for the vpn which no longer works. After upgrading the device I was no longer able to connect to the internet at all and then discovered it was due to this piece of crap application. The VPN was preventing any network connection so I had to turn it off. There are plenty of other vpn offerings. Consider those instead.

I can never get McAfee on the phone. Their website is hard to navigate and they have too many products. Very confusing. Time to check out Norton.

I used this app for 2 solid years but now it constantly makes my Wi-Fi disconnect and disappear! My internet on my phone won’t stay connected when using this VPN! It’s sad because I really loved this app!
