Tried to upgrade services in order to receive unlimited data usage and my status never changed from free status. Product couldn’t be effectively utilized in order to gauge its capabilities. For such a renowned company, I expected more!

This app did not work as intended. Once I tried to cancel I have been unable to. I’ve been charged for two months now. I’ve called customer service and chatted with someone and still got no assistance. I also sent an email to mobile support and no response.

Continually drops off - horrible app!

The VPN drops off frequently, and more importantly, when it does drop off, there is no warning. The only warnings I have received were when I turned it off myself ...gee thanks, but I don't need a warning when I've turned it off myself, I'm already aware of that fact. How about a warning when it drops on its own and leaves you unsecured, which happens all too often. ———————————- Follow up to previous review: Could this app be any worse than horrible? In this case, yes. I was in a hotel the other day and tried using the vpn. It would not connect at all. When I tried to connect to a different country server, the app would prompt me to upgrade to the premium subscription. Well, I’ve been paying the subscription fee for several months now ...what a waste of money. When I select ‘My Account’ from within the app, it states that my account type is ‘free.’ Now the app states that I’ve reached my limit for the month and I cannot use the app anymore until it resets next month, even though I’ve been charged the subscription fee thru automatic renewal earlier this month. What’s worse than ‘horrible’? ...pathetic, abysmal, worthless? ———————————— Follow up to the follow up: I submitted a support request from within the app as the developer response requested and received no support at all ...no response. My account type still shows “free” and I continually receive alerts that I have reached my 250mb limit ...even though I have been paying the subscription fee for several months now. If you can get this app to work, do a dns leak test, you may not like the results. I’ve canceled my subscription and will be taking my money elsewhere.

I paid for this, installed on four devices. Two iPads and two iPhones. As soon as I installed and activated it, two devices no longer could send emails! One iPhone gave outlook server error message and one iPad gave gmail server error messages. The only fix was to turn the app off. We went to the Geek Squad who said to call McAfee. They were NO HELP. I hope my subscription. Gets cancelled.

For two months in a row I’ve been charged the monthly bill twice, the first time they did it I spent at least two hours on the phone just trying to get it fixed because my subscription was still saying free account so then I called them,no help whatsoever, then I just said forget it I’ll just pay it twice because they wouldn’t fix it so I got another account and paid for that one again so this month they’ve billed me again twice!!! So frustrating because this app drops off constantly and barely even works so I’m paying double for nothing I already canceled in iTunes but yet they’re still charging my credit card for not one but two subscriptions
