App features:
Filter requests based on criteria such as unassigned, pending, open etc.
View, create, edit and delete requests.
Perform actions (pick up, assign, close, reply) for requests.
Work log and resolutions can be added/modified for each request.
Can’t get any information on tickets properly displayed in the app, it lacks a lot of basic functionality that most other service desk applications have, and the ManageEngine support is abysmal…
When I want to edit a ticket (in order to assign department and Technician), and then I want to save the changes with the tick button, the app just closes and doesn’t save the changes. Fix it ASAP please! Last version 5.10.1
Just updated to version 6.0 which crashes frequently to be unusable in general. Wait until bugs are fixed before upgrading.
After your last update. The ipad app does not work in landscape mode. It is super hard to use. The website does not support mobile. So my only choice is to fight with it or wait until I can get to a computer.
Has all the basic features needed except one, CMDB. There is access to Assets but not configuration data which is needed when in the field. When will this be added to the mobile app?
I’m still having issues with crashing after you updated the cert.
When i say great potential, i literally just mean that it would be great if it worked. I haven’t been able to sign in to the app in months!
First off I will say this app is very useful and straightforward. The only issue is I have to reinstall it everyday. It like every time I don’t use it for awhile, like when I’m off work, the next morning when I try to use it the app crash and will not open until I delete it and reinstall it. If they get this problem fixed I would rate it 5 star but for now it’s gets 1 star.
