I need to lose at least 25lbs. I love the motivation that this app gives me. When to walk, jog & run. Along with my playlist is a win-win. I want to be ready for the Merrell Run which is 1 day before my birthday. Best present ever !!! Healthy inside & out !!!
This app is really great. I have never completed the program. It doesn't go exactly at my pace, sometimes I have to repeat jogs a few times before moving forward. I am going through it again, and really glad it is here to train me and pace me. The first time I worked up at a 5k on my own I would just use my iPhone timer myself, which wasn't ideal. This sets up great jogs that I can choose based on where I am at, and see my progress.
This is a great app especially for beginning runners but I have 2 problems with it which it looks like I'm not alone. 1st the lock button is too close to the rewind a step button so when you go to lock the screen it moves back to warm up so my times are never right. 2nd the voice guidance doesn't work all the time. I need to hear when to run, walk etc. and more often than not it doesn't work and I have to constantly pull the phone out to see what step I'm on. It's annoying. Otherwise I like all the other features.
I'm absolutely positively beyond in love with this app lol if you need a helping hand getting to your 5k goal ... STOP LOOKING! This is it??????????
The 5k workout plan delivered what it promised. Unfortunately, it stopped Sync-ing with "MapMyRun" 2/3 if the way in. Cust/Svc stated they are working on an update to fix it, but no luck till then. 5 for plan/ 1 for technical issues.
I love this app! So cool that it tells you when to run, when to walk. I can't figure out how to play my music with the app. Someone tell me how and it gets five stars
It's really helping me get ready for army basic training and I used to hate running but now not so much. Thanx for creating an easy to use app.
This program is great. Each time you go out, you run a little more and walk a little less. It really eases you into a full jog, which is great for those who think you can't do it. The reason for the low rating is because I purchased the "Pro" version, and once the new version came out the app was displaying ads again. Don't waste your money, go for a free app.
