All it does is try to get you to buy premium. Mostly unusable because every click leads to a pop up asking you to buy. I coundnt even see a overview of the workouts telling you what you would be doing from week to week. Most of the work seems to have gone into making a profit, not an app
I enjoyed both the 5k and 10k versions of this software, but this one is absolutely unusable because of the incessant popups (that can't even be closed). It's like having malware on your phone.
And then requires you to pay for the rest. Isn't worth it.
