The communication between the app and the website is like the president and his cabinet. App updates every day should clue you in that it “in progress”. So expect more bugs than an ant farm.

Terrible app, crashes all the time, and chat doesn’t even work in the latest update. I have to use the website to get anything done.
The app is good but chat not working

This app is a very good help for who is searching for a room to live, but the chat dont update with the new messages you receive. I have to uninstall and install back everytime I want to see my messages. Hope they fix that

I recommend connecting to people through Roomi and taking the chat elsewhere as the app is extremely inconsistent and buggy in the chat. I keep getting notifications however whenever I try opening the notifications nothing shows up. I love the concept of the Roomi and app but there are too many bugs which make the experience very poor.

Pages don’t quite fit on the screen. Form fields get split down the middle so you have to go to the next page to keep typing. I tried to verify my linked in but the allow button was below the bottom edge of the page and wouldn’t stay if it was scrolled up. Had to do a lot of stuff on the browser version.

So turns out that when you write a bad review on their app they just ban your listing with no explanation or response. That’s how pathetic the actions of this app owners and IT department when it comes to hide their incompetence . Just PATHETIC!

Can’t adjust the length of the lease, and also keep getting banned when I’m trying to get a roommate. Had a potential roommate and got banned before I can speak to them.
