Good app but disappointed

I am not a broker. I am helping my friends find roommates. I got banned from this app for no reason at all. I cannot log on. Why? There is nothing for me to partner with. If I had something to I would have done it already
Awesome app, found roommate in the clutch

Not perfect, but pretty great. Better than Craigslist, Facebook, and all other platforms we used for finding a roommate. Excellent UI. I wish it would provide option to turn on/off notifications when ppl favorite your listing. My advice: even if you’re just putting up a listing, if you’re proactive about reaching out to the kinds of people you want to room with, you will have much more success in finding good roommates. Be polite, patient, and proactive.
Still Receiving Requests After Booking

I wish there was a way to make my profile inactive. I made a booking but I still get tons of requests and I have to repeatedly tell people I’ve already found an apartment. Otherwise, great resource for finding short term housing
Better last year

I don’t know what you did last year but this year I had s bunch of people flake and I didn’t find a roommate and now I have to leave my gorgeous apartment. Last year I found a great roommate and this year not a one. Seems like this “partnerships” are blocking my listing making this app crap. Also never got my free T-shirt as promised after filling out a survey. Really think it’s rude. When I asked about it, told that was discontinued. Obviously. Um since I never got one. The “partnerships” listings are gonna destroyed this app. :/ ashamed out of the three I used last year, I thought this was the best.
Good idea but app needs improvements

Filters barely work. How is it possible that a basic filter like the lease starting date is not working? If I want to move in August why are you showing me listings for June? The idea and the service are great, but looks like the app is managed by incompetent people. And stop responding to everyone's review using the same text, you don’t need my account to fix these general issues!

TLDR: the app appears to be created with poor architecture which forces restarts in order for the app to “work” as intended. Messages have terribly sync between the mobile and web app; you have to constantly quit the app and re open it for anything to load. The app just needs constant restart for anything to load really, it’s funny that notifications notifications appear and I can swipe them on my lock screen but once the app opens, the data isn’t there. I’m assuming these guys are just underpaid or on a time crunch which leads to this un tested app to reek havoc on my phone. I pray for you guys! Get a QA team.
Needs to be fixed

Every time you reach out about a prospective room, you have to manually put in what city you’re moving from and the duration of the lease. That may not seem like a bad thing, until you realize you have to do it every single time you apply to a room. If you’re in a hussle to move and you’re moving through a ton of requests per day, it gets really irritating to constantly have to input this information. Fix this!!!!

Love this app! Not only found the perfect roommate & signed a lease in 48 hours— I also made a great new friend (someone else I corresponded with regarding the room they had for rent). Great way to circumvent all the bloodsucking middlemen in the NYC housing market (brokers & realtors). Here’s a tip: avoid all the “partners” who post because they are all just more middlemen, it will save you loads of time. Anywho, great customer service & great website! Love this app!

Messed up all my monthly data plan. Somehow it managed to download 4.5gb in a few days of room browsing. I didn’t know and bought 1 go more and it finished 800mb in a few hours although I just used to app for messaging. Definitely something is wrong and I deleted the app. They need to provide me the background check for free as a compensation for that.
