I used the single question option. They lawyer provided me with incorrect information. Had I not gotten a second opinion I could of been taken to court.

For any app to have the issues this one has, its amazing they can call themselves a professional tool. And the fact that they still haven’t fixed it yet is even more amazing. 2 stars only for concept and because their desktop site is reasonable. This app is unstable and basic functionality has issue. Any alternative?

Website worked poorly on mobile, so does the app

I installed this app hoping to be able to read my lease on my phone, since the website wasn’t working for that. 1. The login page doesn’t follow system conventions by providing back/forward buttons above the keyboard. It’s just very janky in general and seems to defy the Passwords APIs for automatic login entry. 2. The app doesn’t work once you get logged in. I can select one of my documents but when I try to scroll in it, it will flash the screen white randomly and scroll back up to the top randomly. This app needs a lot of improvement.

I love this app! I originally found it bc I needed important documents, and Rocket Lawyer provided the service w clear step by step instructions, and all the info and resources needed to complete the document. While there are forms online, they are often tough to access, tough to enter data, and provide no advice or helpful hints. Rocket Lawyer does all of that. Plus, their customer service is amazing! I go back and forth between the basic account and the professional account, because my needs vary. I like that RL is able to accommodate me either way. Everything is very detailed and thorough. And there are so many options for sharing the document, as well as getting official signatures. Definitely recommend!!

Easy to use and navigate

Used the app to create a contract for our nanny. Very easy to use and I've suggested it to a few of my friends as well.

Filled out all necessary info and app would not let me print out my contract unless you went premium. Deceptive company do not use this app!

Way way too many app crashes. It continually kicks me out of the system and I have login all over again only to be booted back out.

While I love the service rocket lawyer provides, this application feels unfinished. I constantly have issues with the app running slow or not allowing me to go back or even type in some instances. I feel like with some love this application could quickly become my go to instead of actually on the web.

Stick to the website

Don’t. Just don’t. The first 10 seconds of using it I encountered many issues. They really need to shut this app down and go back to the drawing board, ASAP!
