Doesn’t work on iPad

Took multiple taps to open app, cant do anything once it’s open. Pretty useless. Had to delete and go to website.

Dashboard never loads!!!

Help! The dashboard never loads and cites an Internet connection issue when my network works just fine. I get better results using my mobile browser to access the website. Fix this please!

Awful app. Full of bugs, doesn’t load documents, freezes, and just straight up doesn’t work about 90% of the time.

Imagine having access to a team of lawyers ready to answer your questions. How much is that worth to you? To me, it’s helped guide some of my decision making... so the nominal monthly fee is worth having the peace of mind!

A valuable product that’s easy to use

I recently created a “living will” and a “last will and testament” with rocket lawyer, and I’m really happy with the product! It’s super easy to use, and they can generate tons of useful documents.

(I have a hard time believing that some of the 5* reviews are on the same planet or are using the same App) Premium is very pricey - in the world of apps -but of course very cheap in the world of lawyers. If they had actually answered my question it would have probably been worth the money. Instead they; 1. Didn’t answer my question but marked it as “answered” 2. When I complained to customer support that the question never got answered they told me that it was (I guess they just checked on the status) 3. When I responded to customer support with a screenshot proving that my question wasn’t answered they just ignored me. Don’t waste your money.
