Hard to complain given it’s free but...

It’s so glitchy. Enter fields. Hit continue. Nothing. Close and go back in. Thumbprint doesn’t work. Enter I’d and password again. Back to document. Hit continue. Still nothing. Is it stalled? Is it slow? Who knows... First try hasn’t been ideal. Will try again tomorrow.

I mean all kinds of contracts and legal stuff that would cost hundreds and so much time at a lawyers office. You just answer some questions and they put it all together for you. Very intuitive and thorough. You’re really not even filling in the blanks, they are doing all that for you and giving you advice along the way.
Extremely Buggy

Constantly prompts for login even tho already logged in. Esp stressful when it prompts you after creating long doc add you cant login. Often times keys randomly stop working when typing. With recent update, i cant view any saved docs. It keeps spinning then tells me no internet connection. Feature requests: saved names, addresses and phone numbers so you dont have to constantly type same info across Docs. Copy any all features from docusign please.

This app is incredible. Normally when I have legal questions I Google them to try to find helpful information. But, usually what I find is incomplete & unreliable - often not even written by lawyers. This app lets me ask my legal question to a real lawyer in my state that specializes in my issue, and guarantees a response within a day, all for free! What an amazing experience.

I travel a lot and frequently have questions that would be great to ask an attorney, but never felt like I could while on the go. I love that this app lets me ask my question and has a real attorney get back to me within 24 hours.
