Please help me understand

This is an incredibly helpful service, but I don’t understand why the app has so many issues. No testing before rolling it out? Please reach out if you need more details, but it really needs work to the point that it can’t be used.

This is such a great service and the website functions very well. I use this service for most of my business and legal document creation and the addition of the ability to sign documents is excellent and saves a lot of time for quick turnaround on contracts. However, this app is basically unusable. I cannot access documents and typing in the text boxes is glitchy at best or basically impossible at worst. I will continue to use the website’s services but this app is just not a viable option going forward until the issues are permanently fixed. I see some of the same issues in reviews from 2 years ago yet it appears they still remain.

So decided to use the app tonight and keeps logging me off and telling me have no internet connection when I do. Guess will have to use the website for this service.

Do not waste your time or money trying to work with these people. It’s like they don’t want your money. Every answer I got was a terrible 1 star answer literally just telling me to speak to a lawyer about my question or answering with a yes or no one word answer. When I did try to reach out to call lawyers through rocket lawyer (which is a very difficult, mysterious and hidden process for some reason) I never got a response back from the lawyers when I email corresponded with them and set up times to call. Nobody ever called me... I tried about 3 times before I realized I was just wasting my time. I will be hiring a lawyer directly from now on so I can actually get stuff done.

It’s infuriating. The app glitches, unexpectedly closes out on you. Thank god for auto save or I would’ve already been contacting rocket lawyer. It’s extremely inconvenient working from your phone because you’re better off using the desktop version. It looks like they’ve been having consistent issues with their app and I don’t think I plan to renew my $40 A MONTH SUBSCRIPTION when they have an app that acts up the way it does; why would anyone want to pay $40 for that type of inconvenience?

Have been using the service and love Rocket Lawyer but have not been able to view anything on my dashboard from the app. None of my documents load. I just get a blank screen so I end up resulting to Desktop anyway. Great service but app needs work.
