Documents wouldn’t clear Legally

Created multiple quitclaims for a low price of 40$ a month. Unfortunately every time I created a document it was missing multiple pieces of critical information and would never clear legally. Best to just contact an actual lawyer.
Too complicated

I was unable to get timely help and I was unable to figure out how to cancel my subscription. I just do not like this business model
They keep charging I never use it

I install the app. Was stoked. Asked a reasonable small business question for a lawyer. Got prompted to pay the monthly purchase. For all the food I’ve heard of the app and a promisingly well-designed intro screen I thought, “Sure, why not?”: Accepted and signed up and paid. App immediately crashes as soon as I confirmed… I go to re-login, the app doesn’t recognize my account. After a few tries, logged in — only to find I’m on a free plan — even though I paid!! Not only that, but the profile picture is another users picture: I hadn’t even set mine up yet. Needless to say: I cancelled the monthly and immediately uninstalled. Huge let down. Red flag city — population: this app.
App isn’t working

So I can sign in fine on the full site, but the app is not working for me at ALL. Not sure what’s going on, but the premium package I expected full access everywhere.

it's keeps saying “ There was a problem connecting. Please try later” I haven't for once signed in my Iphone 12 pro max since installation .

Gave it a try to complete a simple lease agreement was supposed to be free for 7 days charged my card immediately. App will not open had to use online version and now struggling to cancel and get reimbursed. Total rip-off I’m calling my lawyer.
