I get tired of having to log in every time I open a new E-mail. It makes me log in each time. I wish it functioned like the desktop does, I log in only once!!!!!!

Pay for a RoboForm anywhere and it only works on my desktop computer at my office. Never works on my iPhone and iPad. Never!
How on earth do you create a new profile: username — password?

I really enjoy RoboForm and Am very glad I have it however the updates on three devices is extremely difficult and almost impossible to do.
Do not download : free update erases everything!!!!

I have used this program exclusively for over 9 years. First for free then I upgraded for $69 to the pro version which was supposed to take care of me. After a few years they said that was no longer supported and I had to pay a subscription which I did as they had all my passwords. Now after nine years they asked me to again update because as they noted I could not access my data unless I did. So I did and they now say my “free version” expired 9 years ago so they wiped every single password I have out. What a horrific and fraudulent company. Do not trust them. Do not use. Warning. Again I was not asked to pay to upgrade or resubscribe though I have paid over $300 over the years. They just wiped me out because they have terrible record keeping. Do not do not do not use.

I hate looking up credentials and get tricked to log in. I want an easy way to see the credentials. Not have to click several places to find my info. I love robo form and have had it for years and even recommended it to others. I wish they wouldn’t do this. Sorry I’m annoyed by it.
