Created RoboForm account on my MacBook and got it working ok. Then downloaded robotform app to my iPhone. Logged in with my same credentials, check. But Cannot log into any accounts On my iPhone that I already created. I thought this app was going to work across mobile platforms. There are Zero instruction on how to use this. Zero customer service. Piss poor product. Customer service is absent these days. Company’s fault not the poor customer service reps.

Had a signin issue - couldn't sign in after changing the pass word. Tried to contact support the only way offered- on line text message. And to submit the help ticket, YOU HAVE TO SIGN-IN. What? Catch 22!!

Love RoboForm and have been using it for years but the latest update has made this app unusable and super laggy

I’ve been using RoboForm (Premium) for a while now and over-all it’s a solid password manager. The only flaws I have is some syncing issues, I want RoboForm to sync automatically across my devices however a lot of times I have to sync it manually, a little annoying. I’m really liking Roboforms new 2FA verification code, I’m not sure if I need to update my phone or if it’s yet to release but I don’t see any option on phone to view my 2FA keys. I’d also like to see a gmail inspired 2FA system instead of just Authy, (for example) you login and it tells you that you need to confirm the device on your phone to login, I find that adding extra security to the master password is very important. Overall a 9/10 experience ? highly suggest there paid version.

I’ve used many password storage apps and have had legit flaws and glitches. Google Chrome password manager is equal to Safari. It’s easy but not accessible outside of those browsers. RoboForm saves everything I connect to the internet! I always have a premium cross device account because I can use on new laptops or iPads I get. But seriously it’s as easy as download and hit save. When you change a password, it auto detects and says “Save new password?”. Just download and use.

I’ve been trying for 3 days to get a response after submitting a ticket AND doing all of the recommended things. No one reads the ticket and actually responds to the question. No one calls you back. If you think you will ever need support STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!

I have been using Roboform for many, many years on my PC and I really love it. However on the mobile app, it is much harder to generate a password and then it doesn’t seem to save as a new login. Another problem with the mobile app is that it does not remember passwords for certain other apps.I can’t think of anything specific at the moment but the point is I might open an app I have for shopping at a certain place, and Roboform doesn’t recognize it… But after I search for the login, there’s no mechanism for it to remember what I just did.

The only thing I think RoboForm could do to improve itself is to be able to associate a user name card with both an app and multiple web addresses.
