Been using RoboForm for a long time and I have had nothing but good experiences. I’ve experimented with other password managers but ultimately came back.
Scrolling disabled!

The most recent update disables scrolling through passcards in the app, and searching is also completely disabled! In other words, the app is utterly useless. What a waste of money.

I have been using this program since when it first came out! I absolutely love it! Having a password manager that remembers login URL, user IDs & passwords with multiple browsers integration, and easily, automatically synchronization between my Windows desktop, iPhone, iPad, etc. is wonderful! Then having additional information note fields, easy editing of logins to put in extra information that’s needed in various scenarios, an adjustable character type password generator, works with face/Touch ID recognition on my devices is invaluable. I could not function without my RoboForm!!!

I’ve been using this app for so many years I can’t remember exactly how long it’s been. I do remember is was back in the day before cell phones, apps, and tablets. Back then it was a stand-alone Windows only program. It has served me well over the years and now it is on all my devices and has only gotten better over time with a still reasonable price tag. I’ve never considered using anything else.
Can’t add new sites

When I try to add a new site through this app I get the error message “user id cannot be empty”. Well, it’s not empty. It has a standard email address in it that works fine for every site I add on the desktop version of the software. But sometimes I only have my phone.
