Easy to use. RoboForm Everywhere on my PC, laptop, and my iPad. One subscription covers all my devices. Never worry about forgetting a password. And it can generate a strong password if you need to change them often.
No longer asks for thumbprint when reopening app

Latest update for iPhone seems to have eliminated the feature where, when reopening the app it requires my thumbprint to re-login. I opened app and went to RoboForm home screen in the app. Then I went to another app. When going back to RoboForm, it did not require my thumbprint. If I physically closed the app, then it did require a re-login. That seems to be a big security hole as it potentially leaves all my passwords open.

I have used RoboForm for many, many years simply because it has always provided me what I needed in a password and sensitive data manager. Just wanted to complement the developer on the latest 8.7.0 upgrade. Very rarely have I seen a single upgrade bring such a worthwhile improvement to an app. This upgrade has done just that. I love it - Thank you!!!
Redesign fail

I have been a very long time user of Roboform on multiple platforms. It seems that every time the app undergoes an interface redesign, it becomes less functional and less user friendly. This latest update is the worst so far. Navigating is much less intuitive. The built in browser has no apparent navigation controls and finding passcards or identities is a guessing game. By the way, why no separate category for bookmarks? Finally found mine mixed in the all items list. Until now, I had no reason to look at other password manager apps. This redesign has forced me to re-evaluate whether Roboform will be my choice going forward when my current subscription expires.

Was a new user interface needed? This is not more user friendly. Please consider returning to prior user interface. All previous updates were great. Please explain how changing the navigation has improved this product. Be specific because that is why I am not alone in my opinion of this update. This sounds more like a dept that is trying to justify their existence and forgetting the customer. Were you receiving overwhelming feedback that the prior iteration was difficult to navigate?
Roll back the last version

I really love roboform in all version and on all platforms but the las update on ipad/iphone is one to forget about it. It is useless, unfriendly, and instead of making my life easier it is doing the contrary. I will refrain from using it until a new version comes out.
New App

This new app leaves much to be desired. Having to fish around for what I need. The older version was much more intuitive.

Long-Time Roboforms user. Version 8.7.1 is NOT better than the last version. Totally new GUI, they “fixed” something that was not broken. Much less user friendly. Guess it’s time to look at other options, unfortunately my RoboForm account paid in full for a few years yet, that’s the problem with paying in advance, it’s like a box of chocolates...
