I don’t have to remember any passwords. And it syncs between all my devices automatically. Been using it for years. It’s my 2nd brain for passwords

Please offer AT LEAST 6-digit PINs! Also: customizing and saving our own start menu and view would save time. With the last changes it is true that we have more options but it takes longer to get to the simplest login view for me and also it takes longer to get to “generate password.” I’ve never used any other tools so that added step to click tools and then generate password is not great. Overall I love this app. Just make it a little quicker to get to what I need ( like it used to be). Thanks!

Can’t add logins on app

I like this app and have been using it for a year or so now. However, over the last couple of weeks, I can no longer create logins on the app (I have to do them on the web or desktop version). The app gives me an error “login name cannot be blank” when I have all the fields filled in. Please fix this bug; via the app was previously the easiest way to setup new logins.

I have used RoboForm for years on Windows PCs and have found it to be really good and useful. When Win10 first came out, using RoboForm with Edge was not great, but now it is just fine. I, also, use it on an iPad Air and in general it does what I need it to do. It just doesn’t give me the same kind of intuitive feel that the Windows version does. For example, I have yet to figure out how to print a page from Safari under RoboForm. Might be a user problem, but still inconvenient. However, I fully expect to continue using RoboForm on all of my devices.

Free upgrade v7 to v8 deletes your data

After years of loyal use - my data was deleted over 500 passwords! I did the"free" v7 to v8 data upgrade and did not create a new account. All my iOS devices had all their days deleted and it won't let me sync even 1 time to get the data back. Customer service is horrible.

Doesn’t always recognize the Mobile apps

I’ve been a huge RoboForm fan for 10-15 years. But I am continually having to open RoboForm to get my ID & p/w to manually enter into mobile apps.

iPhone & edge

I love RoboForm with Microsoft explorer but it does not work well with iPhone or Edge. I’ve been a RoboForm customer for ever and had resisted moving to edge but recently had to for chase banking. But trying to log into a web site on iPhone is always difficult. I just tried several times to log into amazon but when RoboForm brings up amazon and I click on fill nothing happens.
