The app doesn’t work

I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star. The app doesn’t start up. I downloaded it and when I click on it, it doesn’t start up. I don’t want to wait in line and I want to get the rewards on the frequent dining. But without the app working, I can’t do what I want and I am going to other restaurants for lunch.

Keeps crashing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled three times. This is the inky way to order online. The lack of options will cost Roast Kitchen business.
App Crashes EVERYTIME

I can’t even open the app. I have an iPhone 8 with latest iOS update and each time I click to open the Roast app, it immediately crashes. Reading other reviews, this is apparently a consistent experience. What’s the point of having an app if so many people cannot use it?!

The app is 3 years old and has never been updated. It wasn’t perfect to begin with, and now is almost completely unusable if you have a modern updated iPhone. I keep trying to order through it because I need one more token for a free meal, but every single time the app crashes at the last step when it’s submitting the order, which is very frustrating. I can’t believe they care so little about their app
App no longer works!

The app used to allow you to order food, avoid the lines, and get benefits (like 10th meal free), but since the new iPhone release the App has stopped working. The only way to order food anymore is to view your previous orders and order something you have done previously. Please fix the App.
