There’s typically a long line at the Broadway location. Until the app works I won’t be back. It closes out immediately upon loading.

How can you release an app that doesn’t work? It has never not crashed on me- from the second I tap the icon to open it. Since I eat at RK 2 or 3 times a week, it would be really great if the developers would fix this issue. I have complained to the store manager, as well, hoping that the potential for lost revenue would make him do something about it. Sadly, that hasn’t worked. Please fix- all apps and iOS are up to date and I am on a 7+. This should not be happening.

The app is pretty lame. Very buggy, unreliable and not to mention, Roast Kitchen has a terrible reputation for not paying their bills.
