Developer seems not bothered to improve the app at all. I use iPhone 7plus and this app crashes every single time once I open it. Never able to get to see what’s in the app at all.

App won’t allow me to change my password. I haven’t been able to log in for over a year now. Desktop doesn’t sync with app.

I’ve been trying to use this app for 3 months now. All I get is a blank screen that within seconds reverts back to my desktop. Employees at Roast have been telling me that the IT people must update the Roast system to the latest IOS software. This was supposedly done this past weekend. I was instructed to delete my old Roast app, make sure my phone has the latest software and re download the Roast app. To no avail, the same thing is still happening. Given the fact that Roast is raising their prices, a proper working app isn’t too much to ask for. Especially since it’s the only way the incentive plan works. I’m phone is a iPhone 6. I really would like to know how to get your app up and running on my phone.

I've used this app about 15 times in order to get the free bowl but it continues to crash. Even worse when I show up to get my food on four separate occasions THEY HAVEN'T HAD MY ORDER. I'd walk away but it's already been paid for.
Needs a comments section

This app is great if you don't want to wait in line because the line can get crazy long. However there is no section in the app where you can write a comment to better explain how you want your bowl. I always get garlic and crushed red peppers when I order in person. But this option is not available in the app and I can't write it as a comment either. So I have to decide whether I want my food without a wait or cooked the right way. Please add a comment section.
Missing options make the app totally useless

Terrible app, useless. It doesn't have all of the pre-selected options that you get in the store (no Moroccan bowl!), you can't add two proteins (so, for example, you can't make your own Moroccan bowl by adding both a meat and roasted veggies), and there's no comments section for you to manually tell them what you want.
