Level up is so much better. I just cannot log on some day and there's no customer service.

How can you have a lunch order app that doesn't confirm via txt when the order is placed. And it doesn't send a note via txt or email or anything when the order is ready. Somehow on their upgrade it doesn't even show order history for new orders so you don't even know if the order actually went through. Too bad it's a good lunch place
Chili non carne glitch

I chose chili non carne as my topping on a build your own. It looked right in the app, but when I got to the store it had gone through as a build your own PLUS a chili non carne bowl - for an additional $9. (Weirdly, the store just made my one make your own, with no chili, which made it a $20 bowl and no protein). The fixed the bowl and the price at the store, but it was a lot of confusion with no apparent fix if I want chili next time. And no way to get app support?

Horrendous app. Always crashes even when you reinstall it. They need to improve this. Worst food app I have on my phone by far.
