Numerous times going through ordering to find app stops taking orders even though it's before cutoff time. Please fix cutoff times!

Nice idea but... All the mix-ins not available on the app and payment options are poor and often don't work. It is important to know the wait time but I have not been able to get past the payment portion... Other loyalty programs work better such as level up and belly
Crashes on payment

Don't know if it's the app or Paypal but I can't place an order - crashes on the pay now screen repeatedly. Work out the bugs please!

Helps beat the horribly long lunch line but needs a notes section. For example - I get the Greek but without olives. There is nowhere to say what you do NOT want, only what you would like to add. When I try to build my own I don't have all the options to build the Greek. Will just have to brave the lines or pick out my olives I suppose!
No garlic mojo

There are a few missions salad dressings including garlic mojo that are on the store menu but are missing in the app. There also isn't a place to put notes. Another thing is that when you add to cart it doesn't take you to the cart which seems unintuitive.

PLEASE UPDATE. Doesn't have all the food options that are actually available nor can I put special instructions. I would definitely order all the time through here if that changed though.

App is okay, needs work. Definitely helps during lunch rush. There should be a comments box for any substitutions needed for the menu items. I ordered the ginger bowl and wanted quinoa instead of rice, I got both and was charged extra. Will not use app until comments has been added.

Update: The app has resumed working for me. The rewards are nothing special, but certainly better than nothing! Appreciate the convenience of placing a pick up order, but the app is unstable and will crash consistently some days.
Not working

App started crashing a few days ago. Deleted app and tried to re-download, but it will not. May 11 2017 Update: App works now, but spinach is no longer an option when building a hot bowl.
