I downloaded this app on the recommendation of a coworker. It has been a week, and I’m stuck at the exact same place on the waiting list (over 106,000 people in front of me). Obviously, there’s a reason this app is entirely free. I’m wholly disappointed and will tell everyone I know not to download this worthless app.

The one feedback is that, when adding a payee, you have to quit the app after doing it successfully. Done button is non-reactive on the success screen.

TWO YEARS waiting in the queue to get in

I’ve been in the queue for TWO YEARS now waiting to get to actually use this service. It seems the only way to get in is to recommend it to friends BEFORE I have even had a chance to evaluate it myself. Who recommends a financial service to friends without ever having tried it themselves?
Cannot verify identity...!

I received my standard card and was going to upgrade after I would have tried it out, but could not get my account verified! It keeps telling me “Ups, cannot verify documents because they are not clear”. I tried at least 4 times using my Iphone 7 rear camera and from what I could tell after snapping the docs, image was clear!!! But nevertheless a while late sms comes with the “ups” message! What gives? What ia the alternate method to verify? How about email, where I can send the highest res image my hardware would handle...?! I give it a 2 because they priduced the card... and paid fir postage.., but running out of patience!

They charged me extra for a transfer and refused to return the money. After two months trying to figure out what’s going on they charged me again! Support is useless if you have any issues. Avoid at all cost.

Muszę powiedzieć że jestem bardzo zadowolony z tego Banku. Wszystko jest bardzo proste i czytelne praktycznie nie ma żadnych opłat a co najważniejsze wszystko jest na czas, polecam wszystkim.
