Extremely Glitchy Compared to TransferWise – Revolut: Send, spend and save Review

How can you call yourselves a top-tier global payments fintech company when you’re unable to transfer my money into my bank account from my Revolut account balance. For 5 days now, the excuse has been that you’re having issues with your payment processor—a third party company. Why would you opt to initiate operation without ensuring the competency of your payment processing company—the backbone of any international bank transfer service? Furthermore, I cannot stand that the only way to get in touch is through the app’s live chat. I’ve had problems with the app preventing me from being able to login and use the chat function. There should be a phone number to speak to a customer service agent (such as is offered by TransferWise), but there is not. As a registered financial services company, you have an obligation to make my money accessible to me upon request. You’ve failed in this obligation to a remarkable extent. I will be using TransferWise instead of Revolut once I finally manage to get my monies cleared out of my account balance. Furthermore, the app is meant to provide account details (bank account numbers, etc) for currency accounts so you can transfer in funds using bank transfer rather than always having to rely on debit card top-ups. Rather, no currency accounts have account details provided. AVOID if ever want to see your money again after depositing. I don’t even know how this company is still permitted to operate and hasn’t been shut down by the financial conduct authority...
