Terrible app

This app is absolutely terrible, you can’t just search a restaurant and a date because you don’t know how far ahead of time they take reservations. OpenTable tells you that they aren’t taking reservations yet. Just a poor layout and not thoroughly thought through.
Doesn't work

Signed up, made a reservation for dinner and the app told me that I would receive a confirmation email. Awhile later the email hadn't come so I attempted to log back into the app and double check that the res was correct. The app wouldn't recognize my password so I requested that a reset email be sent. Asked and asked. No reset emails have ever arrived. So I tried to start over and sign up all over again and the app won't allow it because... my email address is already in use.
It's no OpenTable or Yelp

Resy insists on messaging you via SMS texts. No option for email. Fail! And it's only a mobile app--i.e. you cannot login in to their website and make reservations there. And there's no way to delete your account once you've set it up with your email address, name and phone number. Sorry I ever downloaded this one. And I will not be patronizing any restaurants that use it. Open Table and Yelp Reservations are much better. Resy is obviously not about improving the patron's experience. DELETE!

Absolutely blown away by both the customer service at Resy and the App! The restaurant list seems to grow daily making it a fun challenge to hit every spot. The options are endless and the wait is worth it for the midnight reservation openings! Thankful for this updated way of eating my way around the US!
ugh ... where's the restaurant address?

Why isn't the restaurant's address visible? I'm so frustrated and confused. Do i really have to ask for directions and leave the app to find the address? That's a waste of time. Please fix this. This is my first experience with Resy and I have a headache already.
Cannot log into app if previous user

Title says all. I sign up for Resy on a restaurants website and then download the Resy app. There is no field to sign in for previous users...only for new users to sign up. When I do that it says I'm already a user but where is the sign in???? This app isn't very user friendly
Restaurant reviews before reservation

Yet again, after two months, Resy still pushes a review before users can make a reservation. Okay, if that's the case, all reviews will be one star, including the review for this version of the Resy app. Wise up, restaurants. What good is a review if it's imposed upon a guest?

Hardly any restaurants and the ones on it require me to pay to reserve a table?!?! Ridiculous! What a waste of time registering and now they won't stop spamming me!
