I despise this app. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m an assistant & am forced to use it all the time. I hate the ratings request every time I open it (I’ve never been to any of these places - I’m an assistant, remember?). The search function drives me nuts. When you start typing, the map moves around like crazy - just STOP! And if the date you’re looking for isn’t available, the restaurant you searched for disappears half the time, so you have to keep typing it in. Making hard-to-get reservations is stressful under the best of circumstances, Resy makes everything that much worse. Open Table is so much easier, but of course calling directly is ideal. I never write reviews for anything - I’m just hoping that either the developers read this & make some major changes or restaurants do & stop working with them.

I’ve used Resy a few times over the past year. Since updating to the latest version, the app repeatedly crashes on my phone and iPad. I really liked the app before the recent update.

Only negative is they keep asking you to rate places that you’ve already rated. Over and over. It gets annoying.

Horrible UI. Flow is not intuitive. You can’t reset passwords easily. Restaurants only use Resy because it’s a cheap alternative to Open Table. Sorry, I love new tech but Resy doesn’t cut it.
Easy to use, pleasing to view

This app is very helpful and easy to use. I was set up with an account, made a reservation for dinner and was viewing my confirmation all in less than two minutes. The design is pleasing to the eyes. I’m looking forward to using it again and again.

I only downloaded this app because there is one restaurant I go to that uses it exclusively. The app is slow, difficult to navigate and not user-friendly. It forces you to enter credit card information and repeatedly prompts you to review restaurants. Beyond aggravating!

This app makes you look at restaurants you don’t even want. And when you use it to make a reservation it keeps on blowing out when you hit confirm. Terrible application. It’s doing it’s restaurant customers an absolute disservice.
