I miss the old ap for teachers soooo much. I could instantly upload photos from fb to the page they could be used on. I could quickly look at a page on my IPad. I loved it! Please bring it back. I have never been able to get ReplayIt to work. I bought a more expensive phone so I could use it for yearbook. I have not been able to get the ap to work. Very frustrating. I miss the tool box ap for teachers. ReplayIt is the single most frustrating thing about being a yearbook advisor.

My school uses this app, it doesn’t let me add photos, nor purchase a yearbook. The formatting for iPhone 10 is dumb, and the overall UI is trash

Can not upload senior pictures. Error message flashes every time you open the app. To the point where he probably won’t have a senior photo in yearbook. Year book teacher had to have me email senior pictures to her because app was not working properly. HORRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!

Tried to sign up and the screen is blank with lines and says sign up at the bottom. All the fields are blank. Tried closing and reopening. This app is frustrating.

This may be the worst app I’ve ever encountered since the invention of the smart phone. First, the fact they force you to use their unimaginative platform is ridiculous. If I can provide camera ready art, I should be able to submit my own. Secondly, while in the app, if you barely touch outside the frame, it resets to the start of the app. Third, it wouldn’t access all the pictures on my phone even though I approved it. Another issue is, it barely let’s you resize a picture and I had no way to choose where they were positioned to start with. When I tried to pay, after I used my thumb recognition to approve the credit card on my phone, the APP reset back to the beginning and I had to start over. Again. The last thing Ill say is, the app is sooooo slow. This thing is awful. I can’t believe a company the size of Jostens would actually put out something this pathetic. As much as they charge for things, you’d think they could afford a better app.

I would give this app zero stars if I could. As a Jostens employee, this app is the worst. We all hate it, and so do the customers. We are not tech people, and have not been trained to but are forced to help troubleshoot this horrible app that is always having issues. Avoid this app at all costs and if you are creating an ad, use your computer instead.
Uploading issue

So I have been trying to upload summer pictures for the summer page but it only uploads around 2 photos at a time or none at all. I know they have to be approved when they are uploaded but they are summer pictures fully clothed so I’m just confused about why they aren’t uploading. Please look into this. Thank you
