I almost jumped from the window after using this app

Most frustrating experience ever. Had to create the message for my daughter’s yearbook no less than 10 times. Kept kicking me out and I would have to start over. Finally got to the payment page and thought this Satan’s torture had finally ended when I was kicked out again and had to start over. It’s 9:00 am and I need to start drinking to calm down from this experience. For the love of Christ, FIX THIS APP. I just paid 90 some dollars for ad. Total rip off. So please update the bugs on this app and save others the sweet piece of hell I just came out of.
This is the most frustrating thing of done all year!!

This app is fine overall, but when I go to upload a photo (hit the “take photo” button) it kicks me off of the app. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

This app is terrible! It doesn’t deserve the 1 star rating I’m giving it. It took me two days to make a senior yearbook add. I received errors, was told a email was sent to reset a password that I never requested to reset and the email was never sent. The app boots you for no reason. Don’t let your phone close or walk away for any reason. It doesn’t save your work and you have to start over. Horrible App!

I have tried numerous times to order an ad and there is nothing at all on this app that leads to purchasing an ad.

What should be a 15 minute process took me over an hour to complete a simple add. Unfortunately this is the only way to create a yearbook add. Definitely needs a major overhaul to become way more user friendly. I think they should pay me for the time it took to make a simple ad!

Trying to create an acct, but I get ReplayIt Error, Request failed, internal server error (500), code: -1011 Would be nice if the deadline for the senior ads would be on the website so I can see if I even need to dwnld the app and play these time wasting games.
Schools need a better app this is horrid

Kept logging me out and wouldn’t save what I already put in the application. Tried it like 7 times. Just bad!! Try on my laptop and see what happens if I can?!?
