Has been in maintece mode since the end of the 2018 school year.
Can’t even log in before crashing

I used the app last year to upload photos for yearbook but this year when I reloaded it and tried to log in, the app would repeatedly crash before I even get the chance to log in. So now I don’t have a way to submit yearbook photos

Every time I open the app it crashes and I’m on iOS 12 so I’m guessing it’s a bug due to the new software but idk pLeacecsve fix this

I keep getting this message when I try to log in. I’ve reinstalled the app a few times and tried to log in on different days, but I can’t get in. Very frustrating as our school is trying it for the first time this year and I’ve been advertising the app for parents. Too bad no one can log on!

Today is October 14th and the App is still not fixed!!! ????? What is the issue ????? Don’t you employ any of those millennial computer geniuses that can fix anything? I’m trying to create an app account, as I can’t create a yearbook ad on the website, and all I get is “Request Failed: Internal server error”. How am I to create a yearbook ad if your server is jacked up. ****PLEASE**** get it fixed before all of the yearbook space is filled. Oh wait!! Maybe no one can work on their yearbook ad so when the error is fixed the server will go down secondary to it being overloaded because everyone is trying to get their ad in by the deadline.

I have a new iOS 12 update and so far this is not been working whatsoever I’ve tried logging in I even deleted the app and then re-downloaded it and it keeps giving me the error message of something went wrong try again I tried now 40 times I’ve kept count trust me… And it still isn’t working so can someone please fix this and send out an update to this problem can be fixed for iOS 12 users

I keep trying to upload my child’s photo and it crashes every time ! Ridiculous and needs major improvements!
