This app is a nightmare to use. Takes a long time to load anything. Doesn’t save changes. Keeps crashing. Why would Jostens use this garbage???

This app would not allow me to log in and I tried on a another device and it still would not allow me to log it. This app needs to get fixed ASAP

Can’t create an account! How do you use the app if you can’t create an account? I’ve tried on multiple devices to no avail! Beyond frustrated!!

This app is the worst! My son’s yearbook ad is due tomorrow, and what is supposed to be a simple straightforward process is a mess. Can’t even register with a password because every time I have to retype the password to verify in order to register, I get a server error. If you are going to have an app for Mobil ushers then it should work. I don’t have access to the photos I’m using on a computer. So disappointed. I hope our school doesn’t use Jostens again!

Won’t let me upload pictures. They are due by October 30. I don’t know what to do. But I wish we were not using the app.
