Awful totally awful every time I tried to download pic it said oops unexpected error has occurred tried multiple times for a week straight was unable to do the ad and ran out of time this is an awful ad and does not work I rate this 0 stars

The app does absolutely nothing! Tried to use it for a yearbook recognition app and all it does is link me back to the Josten’s website that says download the app, which I’ve already done! I’d give this app a ZERO if I could!

When I try to access my pics, they don’t load. I also would like to delete a picture, ( It isn’t inappropriate, I just don’t want it there anymore ) but it doesn’t let me delete. Please fix this issue!

The fields and fonts are white. How do they expect users to see the data entered? Do not waste your time!

This app just doesn’t work. I wanted to celebrate my son graduating 8th grade by buying a small ad. I tried for HOURS to get the app to work. I’m so frustrated now I don’t want to give Jostens any more money. Maybe by the time he’s graduating high school they’ll have an app that works. I even tried the website only to be directed to the app that is complete $#!+

Was asked by school if I wanted to put an ad in my Senior’s yearbook. I did everything that I needed to do until I had to use this app. Can’t set up an account after numerous attempt. Lousy system.
