Was fine to use this app for months without issue. Now all of a sudden the app stopped working and no support to speak of. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and still nothing. And I've reached out to support and guess what. NOTHING. "Error 402"
Worst app I've ever used

Have had numerous issues with app/company since started using. Tried charging over 100 dollars in fees for an issue they caused. Would not use if it was a possibility. DO NOT USE. NOT RECOMMENDED IN ANY WAY!!

Our apartments required everyone to get this app to pay rent. No more checks. Which is fine until it hasn't taken out my rent and is charging crazy amounts of fees to everyone in the complex's accounts. Ridiculous system. Get it together.
Needs a Cell Phone Field

I've had a RENTCafe account since 30 APR 2016 via portal access through the Firefox browser on my computer. Today I added the APP for my iPhone. It looks useful. I saw that only my apartment phone number was registered. I wanted to add my cell phone number so that I can be contacted while traveling. I was disappointed that there was no field for a cell phone number. I thus used the "Office Number" field for my cell phone. I think that a field should be added for "Cell Phone."
Worthless waste of a spot in the App Store

Hasn't worked for over a year, maybe over 2 years. Won't allow logging on. Used to work great, then just stopped. Can sign on to the website just fine, same credentials on app aren't accepted. Don't waste your time, just use the website. Have sent several communications to developer with no replies or fixes.

Our apartment just changed the management team, so we have to switch from Active Building to this fuking stupid "Rentcafe". The app is terrible! Luck of function! Hard to sign up! Every time you you leave the app interface to find some information to use, then you have to re-login and everything you put in is gone. Fuking stupid app and stupid company
Upgrade does not have payment options

The previous app was great because if you have roommates you could each pay a custom amount rather than the rent entire balance. That feature is not a viable with the new app and quite inconvenient!
Upgrade missing maintenance requests

My most common use for this app was to quickly file maintenance requests. Now that feature is gone. I see the option appear briefly before my profile loads, but then it's nowhere to be seen.
Update removes functionality!!!

The previous version let you split payment across several cards and this update removes that functionality. That being said, if you LOVE watching things load, this app is perfect for you ?
