You've doomed all of your users

This was app great before the 3.0.0 update. Now you can't make separate payments online. You can't make any payments online. This app takes forever to load. Why did they do this??? This makes no coherent sense. Why would now update an app that was so utterly convenient and make it this useless. It's quite frustrating and maddening. Please fix this garbage immediately.

The app won't load the payment screen and gives the "Timed Out" error. How am I supposed to pay my rent now???

Holy cow. I don't know what happened, but this new version is brutally slow or simply doesn't work at all in some places. One of those places is wherever I can pay my rent bill. There are so many "working/thinking" icons everywhere it's impossible to use. Today my rent's due and I'm gonna be late because of this. Did anyone test it before it went live??

The only real benefit to the app was having the ability to split a payment between different accounts, which is no longer possible. Please bring back that function!

I haven't even downloaded this application and I'm already afraid that the minute I need it I won't be able to access paying my rent on time because allen the issue described by other users. Better not count on making any payment with this app.

Is it rentcafé crippling your ability to make an app that is effectively useless to residents? Splitting payments is kind of a 101 concept when thinking of a payment system application, no? Hoping my complex moves away from you guys again at this point.

Unfortunately, not much can be said about his app other than now I get a constant login error (402) of which the app is useless to do anything with.

Worst app ever. Can't even log in. 1 failed attempt and you are locked out for a half hour. Maybe they just don't want me to pay rent. I hope this company goes out of business because of their pure stupidity and Moronic design. Seriously, 1 star is the average and good reason why. I'm going to pay rent via check instead because this is such a hassle. Cool concept TERRIBLE execution. I may just go make a competitor and take all their business. Obviously I'm angry and would hope they read these responses or at the very least I hope you reading this don't waste your time like I have.
