Latest Update doesn't work

Newest app update won't let me log into my account. Doesn't work at all on my iPhone. Worked just fine a few weeks ago.

I've never written a review about an app before. This is how much I hate this stupid app. Maybe it's just the complex I live in, but you can't change any information once it's been added. You have to go to the website. They make auto pay so difficult. This is the second month in a row I've had an issue with it. It's more annoying and inconvenient than any other app I have ever downloaded. Just stick to the website. Seriously, this is my rent. Not my phone bill. It needs to get paid.

Won't let me sign in anymore. I'm going to delete the app. They haven't bothered to try and fix it, and it's been over a month.

I downloaded without reading reviews and after reading so many 1star reviews I deleted app. I didn't even bother setting up. When will software companies learn to release app's that actually work? So tired of apps being pushed out way before they are ready to use.

Convenient way to pay rent but I think they use the same servers as Pokémon Go. Takes a while to load anything.

Glad they added login using TouchID, overall I can pay my bill using the app and it is simple to use.


Auto-pay setup needs work

I keep on trying to set up an auto pay, and I keep getting error messages that aren't even error messages. "Your payment will occur on 10/1/2016." Not an error, and the app wouldn't let me proceed. Every time I tried to change the date it would delete what I entered for the end date of the auto-pay. Most likely a bug, but needs to be fixed especially since my previous auto-pay settings were deleted by RentCafé. Other than this, I haven't had issues so I give it a 3/5.
