Simply does not work

The website design makes setting up an account difficult enough. The App asks for a “username” at sign-in. I can assure you, your email address that you use to sign-into the website is not your username @ the App level. What is your username? That’s a fair question - you never choose one, and one is not assigned to your website profile - so, just keep guessing at and eventually you might hit your mark. Just wait until you move to another apartment community that uses RentCafe - trying to change your landlord and payment information is a wonderful treat & great puzzle.

Who ever made this app isn’t doing a good job I keep getting told by my landlord that they aren't getting my payments and this is the second time it happened this app isn’t worth the time and it keeps making me spend more money then I should have to for my rent
What is the purpose of this app again??
SOULFUL GENIUS
I been using this app for about 4-6 months now.and one thing I’ve noticed is that whenever I submit work order request through this app my work orders show canceled which is the second time that I’ve used it.also I’m seeing people on here say they can pay there rent through this app but it doesn’t even give me the option at all to pay rent.so again what is the point of this app??I think I’ll go back to calling my apartment community to submit my work orders.Thanks but No Thank you.????
Horrible!!! Can’t login error

Can’t login at all! Requested new password, tried sending code to phone number and nothing works. Actually reset password and it still says Login error! What the heck???? This is what my apartment company uses to pay rent and submit work orders and it never works. Just get rid of this app, it never works.

This app seriously lacks in project management and user experience. Technically, it seems to be a patch work of third party libraries and components slapped together without any forethought. Get your act together.

I read several reviewers complaining that they were not able to make multiple payments from separate accounts. However there is a way. After selecting “Make a Payment” click on the rent amount due in (green and white letters). From there you’ll be able the chance the amount, click done and select your desire account and submit. Your rental account will automatically update leaving the remaining amount due to process your second transaction.

The app was very good at first then everything change ,first we couldn't pay online now I can't put in any maintenance request or it was available for our complex need this fix soon as possible!!!!!

Able to sign in online just fine but on the app it errors out. Some serious bugs with this application.
