The app worked like a charm the first few months but lately I cannot log in. Logging in through the website works so it’s not that I have forgotten my password. I have also reinstalled the app and tried logging in from a different device but to no avail.

Terrible app, login request continues to time out or is unavailable please try again later. Able to log on from the website with no problem but this app is just useless

Has screwed the app that worked flawlessly before. Can’t login now with error try again later???? Ugh! Want to rollback version can’t now.

What gives I am unable to log in to my residents account. Was working after we first ported over to this app now I can't get past the login screen. I have never used an app with such horrible capabilities.

This app is absolutely sh*t! If you’re lucky, you may be able to log into Rent Café. Then your probably get late payment fees from your resident because of this apps malfunctions.

I’ve been using this app since 2016, and it’s so easy to use. My roommate and I can pay our halves of the rent, from each of our apps, whenever we want, with a few simple clicks. Maintenance requests take just a few clicks too. Pretty straightforward, never any issues.

Why does logging out of this app trigger a Touch ID prompt? That’s absurd. The ‘Sign In’ and ‘Sign Up’ page should be combined. This app should add support for iOS shortcuts like ‘Swipe Right’ [to return to previous page in the app]. This would make it easier to navigate throughout this app on larger iPhones (as opposed to having to click the tiny ‘X’ on the top left of the app to return to the previous page).
