I recently had a family member need money quickly to travel for a funeral. It was a new recipient in another country. WesternUnion and WorldRemit both flagged my remittance as fraudulent. It was infuriating. These guys approved and actually the whole thing was smoother
No Customer Protection!!!

Just found out that someone open, use and add a new recipient on my account and made unauthorized transfer, so I called customer service and I explained what happens then I was transferred to the fraud department so I have to explain again, placed me on hold for few mins then they said that my account was compromised but they CANT REFUND MY MONEY BACK?!?!? No Customer Protection!!!

The first representative asked me tons of questions and told me they could not process my transaction and could not disclose the reason. Immediately the seconds representative called and asked the same question. She said she was going to approve my transaction instead. However, at this moment the first representative canceled my transaction and also suspended my account. The second representative called the first one ‘premature’. Wasted 1 hour and nothing have been done.
