I wanted to use this app to test how good the service is and I was surprised to see how quickly you can collect the money at the exchange house or bank where it is sent since then I am faithful to this method of sending money and already recommend several times to family and friends. It would be nice if you could put a balance to cell phones in Mexico through this delivery system

I tried to send money to my friend through this joke of a company. I went through all the hoops they asked if me. They sent a message that it would be an hour for processing. The next day, I got a message saying the transaction was cancelled due to suspicious circumstances. I was also locked out of my account. When I called them they insisted they know more about the reason I wanted to send the money. Who is my recipient? What is our relationship? What is my purpose for sending the money? I said that I am sending money to a friend. Beyond that they have no right to know anything. It’s an invasion of privacy. After spending an inordinate amount of time on hold and after speaking with a supervisor, who continued to insist on knowing about my and my friend’s private life, he refused to do the one thing that this company does, making it a completely and utterly useless entity with no good reason to exist.

Slow to reach and once in contact instructions on what do are unclear. I have no idea how I’m supposed to provide a recipient id through a bank transfer.

Well I sent money to my county, the app said it would be delivered in 2 hours . Man, it’s just pure lie. They need to be frankly honest and say when they money will get there. If u have emergency this is not the way to go. They have the potential to be a good way to go for money transfer but those little issue got to be fixed , Or else trust me u better off with western union or any other way with a more reliable delivery time. BE BETTER REMITLY ??‍♂️??‍♂️
