Card information stolen

I used Remitly and the transfer worked but a day later my banks fraud department blocked my card and I had to cancel it due to various attempts to use it from others. I never used this card for anything else so clearly Remitly has a security breach and/or is not trustworthy.

I used this app to send money to my loved ones in Viet Nam and it occurred that the fund did not go through. However, NV Sairam one of the Remitly customer representatives, went above and beyond to help me resolved this problem because it was an emergency. He helped me contacted the bank and also called me afterward to inform me that the issue has been resolved. Really appreciate him and 5 stars to Remitly! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Compared the exchange rate with another remittance company I use and the difference is $1.50. Huuuuge difference! If I did not need to remit immediately and beyond office hours, I would have used the other remittance place.

They gonna steal your infomation if you have trouble with them. This app unsafe people. Learn from my mistake. Do not !!!!!! give them your ID or any information. They will use it to against you. Go to another app ........ ..l..
