Nest sync issue

I have not had many issues with my IPhone 7 and this app, until now. My main issue is the Nest thermostat section of the app will not work and/or sync to the Thermostat. It will either say sync success and nothing happens or it says disabled. I sent an email to mobile@ reliant and no response

Fourth time reinstalling, just to be able to log in. Edit: the app was updated to support Face ID! So much better!

I have had this app for about a month now and it has had “technical problems” the entire time.

Wish they would have left this app alone and not try to laud the entire website on the app. Crashes/freezes constantly. Won’t retain login info nor does it enable the Touch ID fir log in even tho you get a pop up msg saying it’s enabled for the next time you open the app.
Doesn’t work with iPhone X

It keeps crashing and wants to recognize Touch ID instead of Face ID. This app really needs to be updated and fixed

App keeps closing and the only only way for me to use it is to uninstall and reinstall it. Very inconvenient

I got a iPhone 7plus and this app always gets a error when I try to sign in.. never have I got passed the login.
