My app used to work just fine until recently. It logged me out and ever since then it tells me I don’t have an account, but I can log in to the website just fine. Loved using the app hopefully this can get fixed

After paying my bill for the full amount which should have left a zero balance, this app continually showed a $25 balance. So I paid the $25. No change, it still showed I owed $25


Notification badge for ?

Have a iOS Notification “badge” but nothing in app tells me what this alert is for. I have checked all locations and messages and nothing. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling app but will not go away.

I’ve had a notification on my app for over a week and it refuses to go away. I’ve emailed, called and reported the problem with no success. Please fix.

Excellent working app with good information and productivity. I previously had technical issues with the app but customer service was very responsive and replied back with clarifying information and the issue has been resolved.

I hate that for the past 6 months I have such a hard time paying thru the app. It takes 10-15 tries to get it to stop saying there is an error on their part. Please fix this!

Reliant is a joke. I can’t wait for my contract to end. The screwed me over big time. Made me owe money for. Property I don’t even live at! I called to cancel service with them and they claim I never called in..... BEWARE!!! This company is a joke!!!!!!!

If all you want is to view your bill and usage, then the app is perfect. But it ALWAYS says they’re having ‘technical errors’ when I need to pay my bill. I ALWAYS have to login to my account online to pay the bill, which defeats the convenience of even having the app at all.
