App works well for me, but Touch ID is gone

I’ve used app for a while, and it is helpful. It used to work with Touch ID on my iPhone; then for a while it said it worked, but still always asked for my password; now I don’t see Touch ID mentioned at all. Did you remove this feature?

No Apple Pay/Wallet support

The app lacks support for paying your bill using Apple Pay. In today’s world of constant security breaches, giving your credit card information out everywhere is no longer a good idea.
Scheduled payments do not work

Multiple times I’ve scheduled payments weeks in advance. I get an email a day after it’s due saying the payment didn’t work and I get charged extra. I go to pay at that point and the app magically fjcking works.

This is by fare the worst app ever you can do anything you can’t start or stop service you can even see you bill

Downloaded the app an hour ago, set up my account, and tried to log in. Keeps saying there is a technical difficulty. I’m not losing anything from this app not working, but it definitely isn’t impressing me right after I just signed up for electricity with this provider.
Usage Info not showing

The only usage information being displayed is for the current week. If I look at any daily, other weekly, or yearly usage info, no data is displayed.
Business accounts not supported

App states that Business accounts are not supported. As a small business that is sole proprietor it is extremely important to monitor costs and budget. I am always on the go with my kids and their sports or ag. At my business I spend most time assisting customers and do not have much time at a computer. The ease of being mobile is necessary to me. This feature needs to be added.
